Sign in at wigglebudget.com, open Settings from the account menu, go to the Danger Zone at the bottom, and confirm by typing your own email address. Deletion is immediate and permanent, so export your data first if you want to keep it.
If you cannot sign in, write to privacy@wigglebudget.com from the address on the account. We will delete it and confirm, within 30 days at the outside, which is the period PIPEDA sets. There is no charge.
Your account and sign-in details; every entry you added, including balances, income, bills, purchases and notes; your bank accounts, debts, credit plans and recurring templates; bill splits; any connector tokens you issued, which revokes connected assistants immediately; and your usage history and preferences. Removal is driven by a maintained list of every table holding personal information, and we test that the list is complete.
Payment records, where tax law requires it, held by Stripe and containing no financial data from inside the app. Security logs, kept briefly so abuse can be investigated, recording that a request happened rather than what was in your budget. Both are kept to the minimum period and no longer.
Removing Wiggle Budget from your phone stops it running there but leaves the account intact, so you can sign in again later. Use the steps above to remove the account itself.
